Abstract
By way of Organic Law 2/2007 the Andalusia Statute of Autonomy was reformed, recognising it as a social right and grants competency to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia regarding health, public health system and pharmacy. In this work I will develop both aforementioned aspects.
