Abstract
This article synthetically presents the typical structure adopted by drug trafficking after the reform introduced by Law Nº 20.000, which can be characterized as complex. Likewise, it addresses the problems arising from systematic relations between the two drug trafficking-related crimes and the problems arising from its interpretation included in Art. 4, Law Nº 20.000 (illicit trafficking of small amounts of drugs), according to the notarizing with which such a description was made by the legislator. As additional information, the evolution of the crime included in Art. 4 in the legal procedure, is presented.
