Open Access Policites

This is an open access Journal, which means that all its content is available free of charge for users or their institutions. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link the complete texts of the articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without requesting prior permission from the editor or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access.

The Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso retains copyright in the articles and materials published, promoting their reuse under the Creative Commons Assignment License 4.0., through which they may be copied, used, disseminated, transmitted and made public, provided that:

1. The authorship and original source of the publication is cited (journal, publisher, URL and DOI of the article).

2. The existence and specifications of this license of use are mentioned.

3. The publication will grant a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) to each article.
