Abstract
The "man in the background" (medi-ate perpetrator) commits the offense through the "man in the foreground" (actual perpetrator). The attempt implies the "principle of perpetration" of a serious crime or minor offense –a conduct that should be imputed to the perpetrator; consequently, when is the "principle of perpetration" of the offense formed in the case of mediated perpetration?
